About the Mission
Twin rovers designed for 90-day missions. Spirit lasted 6 years until stuck in sand. Opportunity lasted nearly 15 years, driving 45 km. Oppys last message during a dust storm was interpreted as my battery is low and its getting dark. Together they transformed our understanding of Mars.
