About the Mission
The heavy lift rocket of Blue Origin, named for astronaut John Glenn. Its first flight reached orbit in January 2025. The first stage is designed to land on a ship but crashed on the maiden attempt. Stands 98 meters tall with a 7 meter fairing. Built to compete for large commercial and national security launches.
